Yes! Typically, roofing warranties come in 2 parts. You get a warranty from the manufacturer that the materials were produced without defect and a warranty from the contractor guaranteeing the materials were installed correctly to building code and manufacturer standards.
While the materials warranties can vary by manufacturer and product line our labor warranty does not. We offer a leading 5 year labor warranty on all new roof installations. The best part is our warranty is proactive and not reactive. We will schedule with you a NO COST annual inspection to ensure the product is preforming as designed. Any issues found we will correct or discuss with you. This the Liberty Guarantee!
Yes and No. Typically we only charge when work is preformed. In emergency after hour situations it may become necessary to arrive with supplies and labor to preform work. In these instances we will charge a trip charge if no work is preformed HOWEVER, we will discuss this with you when you call to request our services. We will never surprise our customers with unexpected bills or charges.
Yes, of course we are insured. There is never any need to worry about work performed by Liberty Roofing and Repairs.
We will gladly provide you with our most current insurance documents, upon request, before we start any work for you.
Yes, we will handle all of the procurement details for you.
Alternately if you have something you would like to have installed, assembled, tested, waterproofed, hung, secured, or otherwise built we are happy to work with materials you provide.

Yes. When a new roof is installed the contractor is required to bring certain elements of the structure up to current building code. Liberty Roofing and Repairs also installs an underlayment that meets Florida SWR requirements.
To get the best rates on your Florida hurricane premiums you will need a new Florida Wind Mitigation report.
When Liberty Roofing and Repairs installs your new roof, we engage a 3rd party inspector on your behalf to preform the inspection and provide the report to you at no cost. We really are a one stop solution.
